Aimed at the complete beginner, the Introduction to Buddhism course is for those who want to know what meditation is and want simple, practical instructions: why meditate and how.

No prior knowledge of Buddhism or of meditation is required.

The main points will be addressed to enable a regular usage of this precious tool which is meditation.
