Training in concentration
with the Ven. Tony Lobsang
Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 May 2010

It is impossible for the untrained mind to stay concentrated on an object, even for a minute. Dispersion and distractions often become the cause of incidents, conflicts and misunderstandings. Venerable Tony will explain how to improve our concentration. Guided meditations will help us to familiarize ourselves with this method which can become a daily practice.

Sessions start at : Saturday 9h30, 11h30, 15h, 17h, 20h30.
Sunday 6h30, 9h30, 11h30, 15h, 17h.
