For the past few years, Institut Vajra Yogini has been rethinking the ecological design of its spaces. In the continuity of this process, we have thought about the development of a new area on the south side, dedicated to biodiversity.

Several earthworks have been planned for the area. We use the technique of swales, which has the function of being able to cultivate on slopes, better manage water and regenerate the soil.
To do this, we create paths, ditches or (swales) followed by a cultivation mound.
In this planting mound, we will find a diversity of small fruit trees (raspberry, blackcurrant…), melliferous plants such as the Judas tree, Soap tree, climbing lianas, kiwi, blackberries, nut trees and perennial and aromatic plants.
For the implementation, we have 12 tons of potting soil delivered, buy plants and trees and hire a landscaping company to do the earthwork.

We need your financial support to create this zone and continue with the next phases.

We have also set up monthly workshops on the theme of permaculture, between theory and practice for the participatory development of this area. You are welcome to join us.
